Eat to the Beat Concerts Are "All For You" throughout 19th Epcot International Food & Wine Festival


Five new Eat to the Beat musical acts join 17 fan-favorite bands to complete a genre-spanning lineup of pop hit greats during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Sept. 19-Nov. 10 at Walt Disney World Resort.

New-to-the-festival bands Jo Dee Messina, Fuel, Jim Brickman, Los Lonely Boys and David Cook — and 17 returning acts including Sister Hazel, Hanson and Boyz II Men — will rock the America Gardens Theatre stage during concerts at 5:30, 6:45 and 8 p.m. daily.  The lineup (subject to change and included in Epcot admission) includes:

Guests also can sip and nosh their way around the World Showcase and watch performers from many countries weave music, dance, acrobatics, comedy and other acts into the festivities.  A sampling of World Showcase entertainment includes:

Magic Kingdom to open for 24 hours on Memorial Day Weekend

Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort will kick off a Monstrous Summer by keeping three theme parks open for 24 hours nonstop on Memorial Day Weekend, the traditional start of the family travel season. The three-park all-night party is happening at the Magic Kingdom Park in Florida and Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure park in California. The parks will stay open from 6 a.m., May 24 to 6 a.m., May 25, 2013, local time. In Florida, Magic Kingdom Park will feature a “Monsters University” theme where Mike and Sulley will be the Grand Marshals of the “Celebrate a Dream Come True” day parade and make appearances in Tomorrowland. There will be extra entertainment throughout the day and night, including characters in their pajamas in Town Square during the late night and early morning, and late-night dance parties in and around the courtyard of Cinderella Castle.
